Latin and ballroom dances combined with proven fitness techniques, to give you fast fitness results, with a heap of fun thrown in.
Circuit training alternates strength training exercises with aerobic activities to give you two workouts in one. Boot Camp classes combine intervals of cardio drills and muscle conditioning exercises to provide you with the ultimate circuit workout.

A core strengthening class designed to improve range of motion, strength, stability, co-ordination and balance. Fitball provides an excellent workout which will result in a stronger core, improved posture and better body alignment.
This class concentrates primarily on developing strong stomach and back muscles, and also involves stretching and relaxation. Pilates can help relieve back problems as well as improving posture and flexibility.
