- simply select the class you'd like to book!

DanceFit |
A high energy workout all choreographed to exciting latin themed music. A real fun environment to improve your cardio fitness and coordination. |
Spinning |
Using static bikes, this class will focus on your cardio fitness. Varied resistance on the bike means you are in control of how hard you work. Non-weight bearing and high intensity for a hugely efficient workout. |
FitBall |
A swiss ball based class focusing on core and lower body strength and conditioning. Improved posture, body alignment and strength are just a few of the benefits you'll notice. |
Pilates |
Full body exercises set to improve core strength. Focusing on posture, balance and flexibility, this class is a great way to supplement your other training. |
HIIT |
High Intensity Interval Training sees quick bursts of intense exercise broken up by active recovery periods for a hugely efficient workout. Monday's focus on core strength and Thursdays aim to smash your whole body and burn through as many calories as possible! |
Boot Camp |
An outdoor workout with a mix of cardio and strength exercises. Great variety including bodyweight, running, relays and partner based exercises. |
Bounce |
Performed on mini trampolines, ((BOUNCE))™ makes exercise fun with choreographed dance routines. ((BOUNCE))™ improves weight loss 3 times quicker than floor based workouts due to opposing gravity and added g-force. |
